Main Group Fitness Studio

A.B.T. BLAST   A compound training based class with exercises focusing on toning and conditioning the abdominals, butt and thighs areas while increasing  fitness and maximising fat burn. High and low impact options



A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. Athletic movements—running, lunging & jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Energizing tunes challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories (in a one hour class) and leaving you with a sense of achievement. Body Attack Express is a 30 minute class.

The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music creating a holistic workout.

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, Capoeira, MMA and Muay Thai. Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through to cardio fitness.

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. The workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises such as squats, press, lifts and curls. You choose your own weight and the instructor’s will inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

An energising workout using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning

A 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training using weights, power, agility and explosive body weight exercises to produce a lean, athletic shape and  to get you fit super-fast.

A fantastic workout targeting toning and firming your lower body and core.

Matt work for creating long lean muscle tone & improving core strength. Opportunity to strengthen & tone not only your body but also your mind. Ending class with a mindful relaxation.


The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Improve body alignment and flexibility. Stretch and tone whilst slowing down and concentrating your focus internally to connect to your body.


The 45 minute indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm. Take on the terrain through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

High Intensity Interval training class. An intense 30 minutes providing rapid results for fat loss and new fitness. Moderate level of fitness required.



A full body conditioning class. Using various exercises and equipment to incorporate upper and lower body strength and agility exercises increasing muscle tone, strength and cardio fitness. Also burning fat within a team environment to keep you motivated.

Tone arms, shoulders and abdominals, increase fitness and burn fat! Also held in the Main Group Fitness studio on Fridays. 45 minutes.
